No smoking. Great pub with a large garden that is also no smoking. Located a short walk from the beach. 3 real ales including one from local Hofuzz brewery. The other 2 change but one is always a best bitter. The inside pub area is down steps from all access points. The garden is accessible from the side road. An accessable toilet is located in Noys noodles which is accessible from the front and has some tables.

I only went for a drink, the food looked good but I didn't try, Recommend the local bitter and cider. For me I thought it was a bit of an unusual set-up, but don't let that put you off go and see for yourself

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (even though most very new). Decent selection of beers. The attached Thai is excellent and saves you having to walk out of the pub. Seriously excellent Thai food

Tried the take away from Noiy's as we love Thai food. They “say” that theirs is Thai Street food in some of their advertising. Well this is as far away from Thai food as we are geographically to Thailand itself! Make no mistake, this is just a basic take-away Noodle Bar. Also the food had a high salt content. Authentic Thai food is all about herbs and spices. The limited menu has no flexibility to cope with special requests. I asked for the stir fried veg without the noodles. They couldn’t do that. Why? Because that dish is 90% noodles and 10% veg. So, don’t insult your tastebuds here if you are a lover of Thai food. Please note that this is a review on the Thai take-away only; we didn't venture...

I have only relatively recently become a local resident and was delighted to see that our nearest pub has consistently received such positive feedback. I don't get it, I really don't. I find the pub dingy and grubby to be generous. I find the staff unresponsive to the point of being surly. The food is OK at best, but wins no prizes. All in all, I just don't understand why 80 per cent of visitors find this pub so attractive when there are several far superior ones within easy walking distance. Have now tried it three times to give it a fair crack. There won't...

Stopped for a coffee and cookies, as advertised on a board out the front. Ordered and given cookies to take out with us, told they would bring the coffee out. One pleasant young man working on his own, forgot about bringing coffee out to us, and we had to go back in after waiting quite some time. He apologised and then brought them out. Cookies were a little stale but the coffee was very tasty and good and hot. Need more staff. Has changed hands since we last...
