Costa Coffee - Hythe — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Only three people in front of me, all with very straightforward orders & I waited almost half an hour for two lattes. The girl was making ONE drink at a time - order in front of me was for two flat whites and she made them one by one. Asked her colleague if she was training and he responded 'no she has been here for a while!' Finally handed my lattes and one was literally overflowing my takeaway cup. Had to politely ask her to tip a tiny bit away & she rolled her eyes! VERY awkward experience and her colleague, who was very nice, was seemingly apologising on her behalf to everyone in the queue. I was grabbing a chocolate to go and thought I'd use their toilet quick, disgusting!! 2 toilets available one disabled and one ordinary for both men and women, I thought I had walked into the men's toilet I had to double check but no it was just one toilet for both there was urine splattered everywhere toilet seat up and the rim of the toilet bowl had urine on it, I put the seat down using tissue but I didn't sit on the seat I hovered, I wouldn't have used it if I wasn't so desperate!! Filthy! Two bored and hungover young lads running it that had no concept of either how to use a cloth/ clean up or produce edible food and drinks. Every table had spillage or dried on spillage left so it went sticky. The toastie my sister ordered was uncooked completely on one side with unmelted cheese and the drinks were awful and of course the Costa toilets were ingrained with filth both new and old... the Costa franchise is diabolical in this area!
