The Savoury Slice — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

If I fancy a good bacon roll or sandwich, this is the place I prefer to go to. No ridiculous overpricing here, just good food. Never had any had experiences on my visits here, alone or with friends. For that 1 negative review just because the owner wasn't smiling, how about you engage in a conversation, or maybe think she was having a had day (everybody has them,) maybe it was your demeanor. I get it's not all about the food, but it is the main reason, and at worst, if that was your only gripe, just knock off 1 or 2...

After walking into Sandgate from Folkestone we stumbled upon The Savoury Slice. I ordered a full English breakfast and a cup of tea. It was the best fry up I have ever eaten! All freshly cooked while we sat on the stools that were placed in the cafe window so we could people watch while waiting.
