Came here for brunch over the weekend after reading the 4.6 star reviews. Pros: warm friendly greeting, prices for drinks and food average for the area. Food was presented nicely, very aesthetically pleasing. Cons: tables dirty, menus were wet as if something had been spilled on them, floor was dirty. Ladies toilet stuck on engaged and the toilet itself wobbly, the gents had no sign on the door so initially walked into the wrong toilet as they have a shared entrance. Side salad hadn’t been washed, and the chips were more soggy than dry. Not many available choices of baked goods which was disappointing. Overall wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again, location was convenient to where we were visiting.

Absolutely delish!.. We couldn't find 24 at first and we read the menu of many other cafes on the way, but we left 24 so so glad that we kept walking until we found it. Beautiful environment, the lovely ladies on front of house were extremely friendly and professional.. the food was very enjoyable!. My other half had their breakfast, everything was cooked perfectly & well seasoned, I had the chicken burger, which was homemade, fresh & juicy. They have a great desert section which is all homemade. We had a cookie (the size of my hand!) And a slice of their banana bread!. If you haven't been yet.. go today 🙏

Independent run cafe/bistro with a breakfast and seasonal changing lunch menu and a fixed price 2 or 3 course. Busy and rightly so as staff are lovely and food top notch. We managed 2 courses and both fish and chips and liver and bacon were attractively plated and portions good. Dessert was sticky toffee pudding served with ice cream and an apple and blackberry crumble with homemade custard. It was all consumed with vigour and was good honest fayre. It has an outside seating area for the Hardy or coffee and cigarette brigade.

Where do i start?

Boasting an array of comically large menus filled with a selection of British staples this humble little cafe offers more than your bog standard brekky. From delicate salads to monstrous burgers and the beloved full english all dishes are crafted with the upmost precision and finest ingredients all coming together to provide and full stomach and a happy mood. If you thought it couldn't get any better. IT DOES! Ran by a team of helpful, polite and very professional staff i was catered to immediately all while they proceeded to work their socks off. I sat on their lovely, smoke free, open air patio shaded by two massive parasols I ate in absolute comfort enjoying the sun and the shade with a lovely meal. If you have pets do not worry, this cafe is dog friendly with floor dogs allowed to be seated under tables. The staff are very kind in helping the elderly customers into the restaurant from their taxis up the curb to be seated for their lunch and the same when they leave they are given a hand out of the establishment. I can definitely see why this place is booming many weekends and i can definitely say i...

Lovely location Rude Owner But Waitress very polite and deserves to work in a better establishment. AVOID AVOID Many other great places in Hythe to spend your money in . No smoking on the open patio but dirty pawed dogs allow even around food ...disgusting and I love dogs. What a waste of money and dreadful way to start a day beautiful and sunny in Hythe.

Jemma your response underlines your impudence and ignorance. It. Doesn't surprise me you like dogs so much ...you treat them better than your paying clients...but like you they are such simple creatures. I wish you the misfortune that i believe you deserve ...you don't want people to smoke put up polite notices but dont castigate your customers with such a...
