Burger King — Restaurant in Gateshead

Huge disappointment refusing to serve customers at the till. If u are disabled or not tech savvy elderly or struggling then it is a shame mcdonalds is ur best bet, go somewhere else.

Refusing to take orders from other customers at the till. Witnessed 4 seperate people walk out cos they couldnt be served.

I needed more sauce and was forced to use the machines to order 4 packets of sauce and wait in the que to recive the over priced packets.

Out come I am starting to prefer mcdonalds as this has went down hill thanks managment of burgurking your single handed bringing down the company.

I will stick to mcdonalds from now on.

Other people not happy cos they cant order and some have used the app another 3 people left without ordering.

Rebbeca is the worst shift manager i have ever seen in my life. If you can’t understand your coustmer you don’t deserve to be a shift manager. I was denied my food becuase i was late and it clearly says in the app collect it before 10 and after that she said she can’t do anything because it is done through third party app which is official burger king app. Absolutely ridiculous. But i think she could have handled the situation much hetter by showing some empathy or understanding it but showing attitude and denying something I don’t think that how burger king work ethic works. I hope someone from burger king sees it and take action. And in the end she said if you don’t like service don’t come back so i think this was the last time visiting that store will never want to see someone...

Worst Burger King ever! Called in here on Saturday as we were desperate for a quick snack - big mistake.. It was like a cross between Walking Dead and GTA. The staff were like zombies, staggering about having had the life sucked out of them, one of them dropped a frozen burger onto the floor and left it there amongst the already strewn chips behind the counter. We awaited our food amongst a varied crowd of what appeared to be cast members from Grand Theft Auto - gangsters, prostitutes, junkies etc, then sat down at a relatively clean table amongst the uncleared squalor to eat our barely warm Big Kings..
