Stopped here late on Sunday evening (10:15pm). No other outlets open at that time so colleague and I went to Costa. Big, no, HUGE rating for the welcome, customer service, pleasant interaction and chatty humour from Charlotte who was on duty on her own.

If anyone wants to learn a lesson on how to be the ultimate customer facing representative for a company, they should see Charlotte in action.

Cannot fault her love of her job, her customers and her products. If we had a role to be able to employ her we would........instantly!

Thank you Charlotte, you are an absolute star!

Costa, give this young girl our sincere thanks, and please encourage her to go further, she is an absolute gem of an employee and a superb ambassador for your brand.

Went in for breakfast, bought a coffee and a discounted (£2.20) cheese croissant. Got to the till she asked if I wanted to use the 25% off food on my app, said yes and she discounted it off the full price of the croissant so I got an old one for £3.30! She also didn't warm it properly so the cheese was ice cold! Also my and my partners coffee was burned. Grim, go to the...
