Why would I give 5 stars, when we could not have what we wanted to?

Late on a Sunday afternoon, our son with SEN needed a trip out before he started to rip up a few trees. I suggested a donut. But where do you go at 4pm on a sunday afternoon, everywhere is locking up?

KK it was.

No one to be seen, the inside was empty.

Our son quickly spotted the sprinkles on a pink donut and wanted this. But no .... the rules are if it is not in the counter you cannot have it. But why ? there are boxes of donuts with our donut of choice .... "that is the rule".

What happened to actually using all the equipment and making the donut there and then, so it tasted fresh and we could watch it go through its own little journey of going from plain to extroadinary. The world is mad. Please bring back making donuts to order. It is about the journey, not the destination.

Needless to say we were forced to try something new, which we did and it all worked out well.

Sitting in a large quiet place with a coffee and a donut, happyness when least expected.

I'm giving 5 out of 5 for the amazing donuts we bought yesterday from the drive-through. We bought the 3 box and got 2 lemon meringue ones and an apple crumble which were an absolute delight.

However, I won't be marking down for this but I also ordered an orange juice, and what came was a bottle of Sun Magic. I love orange and was looking forward to it, but upon drinking it, it tasted nothing like orange juice, infact it was the worst I've ever tried - it was acidic and sickly. I though perhaps the manufacturers had put the wrong drink in the bottle but it didn't taste like any other orange drink or any other fruit drink I'd ever had in my life. Less to say I had to bin it after one sip after paying good money for it. Perhaps it was a dodgy batch, who knows.

I'll still buy donuts from...

This Krispy kreme doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! 5 times we have been to the drive through and have waited longer than 15 minutes to be served!!! We have even driven up to the window and tapped the window and still no answer. The last time we used the drive through we actually rang the shop and the attitude that we received from the girl that answered was absolutely disgusting!! She was arguing with me that there was no one sat in the drive through on the CCTV when we were actually sat at the drive through!!! With two other cars. The staff are rude and to lazy they don't even deserve minimum wage that they will get every hour !!! I would rather go the greggs and enjoy the doughnuts than ever come back to here again !!!! Absolutely...
