Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Gateshead

While standing in the queue waiting to order my coffee and slice of cake a couple of minutes ago. Barista sprayed two top empty food display shelves with what looked like disinfectant.. The spray fell on the bottom shelf where there were cake slices. She then wiped the crumbles from the top shelves which agin fell on the bottom shelf and cross contaminated everything below. The barista then proceeded to put on gloves and placed fresh produce on the top shelves - oh the irony. I will no longer buy...

Asked for a hot decaf latte with sugar and got an iced latte. Asked to change to correct drink and got a caffeinated latte with no sugar. The signature breakfast sandwhich was poor with hardly any filling. I can't eat cheese. I know I should've checked but why do you have to put cheese in everything on your menu?
