witnessed a young girl being harassed by the 50yr+ owner thrown her drink away and called her derogatory names (slag etc) said she was underage even though they har been serving her alcohol all night (she had her id) thought this was bang out of order many people at the bar had been waiting over an hour even though there was atleast 5 bar staff. a grown male manhandling a young girl is completely out of order she was autistic and she waited over an hour to get served a pint of coke and ended up going to corner shop 2 mins down the road and them they ended up throwing her out for it. the family was more than happy to buy from the bar but as she was autistic she has issues regarding to being hot ( bearing in mind it was over 28 degrees) they have been let down and im so disappointed to see the treatment of the disabled and other customers. wont be returning. worst bar/pub ive ever been to. a...

After attending hear with my 18 year old neice an other family members tonight I find the elderly male who Co owns this establishment is very rude to the point where he man handle my niece accusing her of bringing her own drinks etc.. even though we had spent a fair few hundred pounds between a family of 10 of us. The elderly male the proceeded to physically removed a drink from a member of our group an poured it away an accusing of her being under age even though they been serving alcohol all night..it seems to me this male wouldn't approach any other male that was in our party but bullied the females...

Really great experience here at the Nags Head, for the opening England game of the 2023 Six Nations. We came as a large group (12), hoping to find a pub in Carlton within walking-distance of our AirBnB and this was the closest — and they were really welcoming. The people at the bar were really helpful and attentive, and they let us use a side-room for the group of us so that we wouldn’t be too noisy for the other patrons.
