Terrible terrible terrible! Stay well away! Third time I’ve tried their delivery service third time they’ve said 40 minutes it’s been over an hour an a half. I spoke to the manager Adam before hand who said of it wasn’t here in 45 mins of get a free one next time, I took him at his word /l- big big big mistake! After 1 hour I rang, Adam said it was ‘ on my street- he’d just called the driver- after two more phone calls and 30 mins later the pizza turned up freezing cold and burnt to a crisp. As I was working away I decided to order from here using Just Eat. It’s always a bit of a random decision but it worked out ok. Aside from them getting my order wrong it was an ok meal. I ordered the chicken shish + lamb shish, but ended up with lamb doner instead. I never order doner as frankly you don’t know what it’s made up from, but I ate it anyway as I was very hungry!!! Absolutely appalling. The so-called 'Lamb Doner' was a disgrace – dry, tasteless, and quite clearly not lamb. It’s actually illegal in the UK to label something as 'lamb' if it doesn’t contain any, so not only are they serving utter rubbish, they’re misleading customers as well. The only thing worse than the doner was the chips – limp, greasy, and barely warm. This place used to be half-decent, but it’s gone completely downhill.
