Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Gloucester

We called in to Costa Quedgeley (Tesco Quedgeley, Gloucester) for a coffee on Thursday 18th March, after getting the date wrong for a funeral, we hadn't missed it!! The lady who served us was so nice & cheerful, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My Husband, is always a really cheerful guy, & the lady said to him, I like you, you are welcome to come again Unfortunately we don't live near, but after the funeral next week, we will definitely go again. Place the order on the Costa app and they toke the money from my card then went to the store than then the guy said we can't make your order not sure why and is so difficult to contact them and ask for money back .what a rip off from cost Caffè. And is so hard to get the money back . They take the money within second from your bank but to get your money back if anything goes wrong with your order is so hard or maybe impossible...
