Ordered food online from the website for delivery, email confirmation and order number given via email. Waited 40 minutes so phoned them to be told they don’t have the order, gave the order number and name, then miraculously they found it and said oh yes it’s collection it’s ready. The confirmation clearly said “Thankyou for your order, your order will be with you soon” at no point did it indicate it was a collection and even when I refreshed and tracked the order at that point it said “cooking” not “ready” I asked to speak to the manager who refused. So decided to go there in person, asked to speak to the manager then, lady tried saying he wasn’t there, then continued to turn around and talk to the man behind the counter with everything I said, waited over an hour for the food, no apology just told it was a collection order and when we order next time to just phone up. I then asked to speak to the manager again to which she turned to the same Man, who shook his head. Clearly the manager but not wanting to own up to the system breakdown. Really poor customer service, I still had to wait for the order to be given to me after being told it’s ready and then she said “I’ve given you a free sausage”. Brilliant! A different man came round and said I’m the manager (just looked like the other man’s son) and asked me to send my print screen of the email and order confirmation to his phone number and he would look into it. Won’t be ordering again, just own up and apologise! Didn’t even put salt and vinegar...

Next one was order a kebab then decided to cancel last minute but no refund back phoned up queens told me to wait 3 to 5 working days for refund to show nothing then l went in there on Sunday 18th August in the afternoon when they opened explained rude because they speaking there luaggue front ov me saying something about me l ignored it but if l didn't l would ov said something like l can understand there luaggue and l do so that was rude to say am wrong so l carried on explaining ignored there rudness and wanted to know has my refund taken out or not when l cancelled they said l have to take it up with just Eat on the phone or email don't know how this system is and how it is working just on a cancel to trace my money if it has been taken out or not to check it. Its like they acted fishy not honisty but l won't be getting anything from there no more at all for this service of refund l am angry for...

We arrived at the chippy to see 5 members of staff stood around doing nothing while service was slow. We Paid for a full meal for a family of 5.
When we got home we realised that we were short of a piece of fish, we called immediately and told them they had gotten the order wrong, the arrogant man on the end of the phone then asked "do you have the recipet?" To which we replied "no as we weren't given one"
He told my dad to come back & get it. We told the man on the phone that by the time we went to the chippy to pick the piece of fish up the rest of the meal would be stone cold. We also said that the service had been horrible from start to finish and we wouldn't be coming back, to which the arrogant staff member replied with "no worries mate"
When we eventually got around to eating our cold fish & chips we found it was soggy batter & onion rings that were swimming in oil.
