I ordered the family a Indian takeaway last month spending £60 on the food once the food had been delivered we sat down to tuck in on my first bite I took out a long black hair out off my mouth I rang the shop straight away and spoke to star I told him what had happen and he said do you want another sending out I declined that offer and he said next time you can have one on the house a month later I decided to take up the offer went in to the shop and told star what had happened he obviously couldn’t remember the conversation so I ordered my usual chicken naga mushroom rice and keema naan he then said that will be £13 half price I said half price I found a hair in my meal and you said next time I came in they would compensate my meal he said he never said a complimentary meal I thought that’s very bad customer service I’ve used arimintas for over 5 yrs and won’t be using them anymore after this so not only I found a hair in my meal I had to pay for it twice for it unbelievable...

I see the reviews saying polite service, yes they were polite until i had a problem and complianed! Absolutely disgusted in the customer service! Rang up with a compliant to be talked to like an idiot told they were busy and didnt have time to talk to me, then hung up on! Food was disgusting and when I rung to complain for a refund on my mains as i was not happy with it and it tasted horrible and the chicken didn't taste right! I was told he can't do that. I will never return to this place and I would strongly recommend you don't order from here and would deter anyone who ever asked me, disgusting food, disgusting service. If I could give no stars I would. Although the order came quicker than estimated that was the only thing right with it, and the speed in which I ordered to it turning up would explain why the food was awful! Clearly can't cook a decent meal in 15mins, or when "busy" I would have thought as good customer service or goodwill you would appease this not get...

As a regular attendee, it would only be honourable to leave a review for this restaurant due to the fact that my dining experience at Aramintas has been consistently pleasant.

The food arrives well presented, handled with care and the wait is very acceptable considering I order large quantities, most importantly the dishes all have so much depth and complexities in flavour that makes them very unique and flavoursome.

The service is impeccable and difficult to fault as the waiters are hospitable, patient and very sociable.

Regarding the physical aspects of the restaurant, such as the ambience, decor, seating etc it is very well kempt and pristine. The best explanation would be to say that it appears that the restaurant is brand new on every attendance.
