Review of two half’s,
The good Although cold taste was awesome, turkey bacon missing off the loaded fires but other order notes followed.
Now for the other half of this review
Rude staff, long waiting times 45mins for takeaway two burgers and two fries. Offer to click and collect with 10% off and the website is down and they know and not answering the phone, I was told no we will not honour the discount and the website isn’t working. Many people told this in the queue.
Returned to collect told to wait 10 more mins after the 45, I asked again, to be barked at WE CALLED YOU, YOU CHOSE TO NOT WAIT IN THE RESTAURANT, I said I asked when I arrived 10 mins ago & was told to wait, I was told my order wasn’t ready and again barked at and told well it was ready you should of asked again, I explained you told me to go wait elsewhere and I did ask twice whilst in the restaurant, no apologies food just pushed into my hands and back turned, also as they didn’t take the number down correctly despite giving it three times they hadn’t called. If you launch a new restaurant in town maybe invest in more than one till for the size and anticipate a busy service, this has really let you down , when I say staff not the ones in uniform I actually think you were a team leader or manager, long...
Read moreI wanted to like this place but oh dear! Let me start by - where are napkins? They don’t have them, only wet wipe in size of a cotton pad. If you want to be walking around with their food on your face and hands after eating then welcome. I had bacon and cheese burger, basically you can call it a lettuce burger as the patty is thin as air and you only taste the lettuce. No flavour. Same with triple boi burger, no flavour and just a mess in a bun. Chips were ok. Churos- it is an absolute joke, ordered them to be with a chocolate and had a shadow of chocolate; how they are not embarrassed to serve a portion like this? Needless to say they were greasy. Also bbq chicken wings- full of oil and no flavour. Sparkling water for £2 for a small can and it had 0 bubbles in it. If you want a sauce-pay up £1 and then read the ingredients; works out that mayo is not even a mayo and tastes like nothing. No salt and pepper but what to expect if they don’t even have simple napkins (and yes, I asked for napkins and got given that wet wipe). With the money they charge they should be ashamed of what they serve, don’t waste your money. I don’t have an option to upload a photo but would love everyone to see what I am...
Read moreBurger boi did lead up to expectations. The best products were the Shakes they was spot on nice and creamy, and the taste was amazing. The smash triple cheese burger was good it did seem a bit overcooked but had great taste, and the cheese made it all nice and juicy The chicken stack burger can't remember the name wasn't the best as it seemed tasteless dry and wasn't nice at all. It was like chewing cardboard, really. The texas burger was brilliant tasty, and plenty of flavour juicy bun was nicely toasted. The fries were brilliant, tasty crispy, and fluffy on the inside
The wings were a bit of a disappointment, the same as the tenders
Tenders was a bit dry overcooked. Really, the batter was sort of tasteless, but they masked it with the taste of the sauce but not ideal, really.
Wings was juicy, just the honey sauce was alright
Mac and cheese didn't have much flavour. it was less cheesey, but the buffalo sauce was nice
Overall, the experience was okay, but I wouldn't use it all the time due to the flavours not being what I expected. Good for people with not much taste buds, but I enjoy my food with...
