Bridge Doner (Bridgend) — Restaurant in Great Britain

As regular customers we were looking forward to our order this week with Bridge Doner. However, the Monster Platter was awful, the quality of the meat was extremely bad. The Lamb Koftas were disgusting, they were pink and mostly raw in the middle while being dry and overcooked on the outside. Both my wife and I were unable to eat them, I took a bite out of one and I am worried about food poisoning. Putting aside the quality issues, the Monster Platter consisted of more fries and rice than it did meat, which is ridiculous for the price of £27. This was very disappointing and concerning. If my wife and I receive a meal like this again in the future, with quality issues or poor portions being provided, we will no longer be Bridge Doner customers. Finally, if either one of us is unwell from this meal, we will be taking the remains to the food standards agency because this level of quality is dangerous and unacceptable. I ordered 2 doners and they were disgusting. I asked for no salad with garlic mayo sauce on the side for one I ordered extra meat on. The other one I asked for just tomatos with garlic mayo. Well not only were they cold even though delivery came within 10 minutes of me ordering them, but the meat must have been the pickings from the last skewer they used. I called the store and he said he didn't see the instructions? I highly doubt that. More likely he didn't read them or how would he have known no salad on the 1? Anyways after having the best doner from there a few months ago tonight I received the worst ever. I gave mine to our dog. I just hope he doesn't get sick. Tuesday evening. We don't normally have a kebab mid week but wow what a treat, we ordered abit late and the food was freshly delivered about 30 mins later. Great customer service on the phone , easy payment service sent to you to complete via a text message. The food was amazing ,freshly and nicely packed , lovely warm bread and fresh meat and salad. Really pleased to have such a banging take away...
