The food quality is substandard but edible. I placed my order, it was a very simple order. I ordered a noodle box with beef, mushrooms, baby sweet corn and no onions. This was repeated back to my twice to confirm. When I collected my order and I made my way home to eat it. I opened up my food and straight away noticed there was the meat missing. I called the shop and spoke to the lady on the main desk. She instantly told us we were incorrect and never ordered it. This was a “miscommunication” by us and I wasn’t charged for the beef. Wow, I must have told a lie. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received and the attitude that came with it. I’m sorry but if you cannot get a simple instruction correct then maybe the catering industry isn’t for you. Me and my partner came here before we had gone home from Cardiff Bay. It was on our way as we were walking towards the train station.

The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The lady in front of the counter brought our food to our table and I received everything I ordered.

I ordered a 3 in 1 tray meal which consisted of rice noodles, chicken balls with sweet and sour and beef in black bean sauce. I thought the rice noodles were plain on their own so I wish there was an opportunity to order sauce to top the base A. The beef in black bean sauce was very delicious and you would tell the vegetables that came with the black bean sauce were fresh and not the old stuff you get in some Chinese chicken places. Used to love this place and order at least once a month.. past two orders they have forgotten an item ... then wen I explain this is the second time I over hear a worker in the background accusing me for trying it on and “we’ve already had free chicken balls” wow. If that was the case I would do it more than 2/15 times. I have also seen many other customers have received missing items! Also the food isn’t half as nice as it used to be it’s all stodgy and the ribs was basically fat and cartilage! So yeah sorry but I won’t be ordering again as I am disappointed with the lack of loyalty to returning customers, and accusing of lying! The previous time they forgot an item we waited over an hour to redeliver and then cancelled due to them taking over an hour!...
