Chargrilled Peri Peri — Restaurant in Great Britain

Have been ordering from sabeez since it opened, service has been getting worse!! Tonight was the last straw! Was told order would be 45 mins, 2hours later still no food. My partner called to find out what was going on, was told it would be 5-10 mins, 20 mins later still no food. Rang again for them to hang up the phone twice!! Terrible customer service. The manger actually delivered the food who stood on the door step arguing with me, saying it’s ok because the food is still hot! Refused to refund money could only offer me 25% off on the next order, even though I’m a regular customer. Told them I will no longer order from them, I will go elsewhere unless I receive a refund. Disgusting food, the hygiene of this place is so bad.... All I can say is don't eat the chicken. If you could see the state of the back of the building you'd be shocked they are serving food from here... It smells like rotting meat out back and it's not even put in bins, it's just dumped next to the bin.

The chef is always out the back smoking and not doing very much else, I've reported them to the council since the smell of rotting food was so bad I thought they should check up on it, the council cleaned the alley behind for them and told them to keep it clean... Only a month later and it really stinks of rotting food again.

Came to Weston-super-Mare as a stop over to minehead. Looked around for a halal place to eat and found Sabeez. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming and that was before we found out that they are from the same town as us down south! Food was amazingly tasty and very well cooked. I thoroughly enjoyed and despite not being hungry, I could have eaten more. Very clean and spacious place, food was made very quickly. It was nice to be able to relax and eat especially with a toddler. We managed to find a side car park to park but not knowing the area, others may struggle with parking. Seafront was 2min drive...
