For the amount of money spent, I do not think this Paradise Island is good enough. It was far too packed (not given enough time to go round concidering there were 7 of us) both my son and friend's child both have Additional needs and were treated appallingly. We told to hurry up and move along the courses which meant leaving our children to go round the course by themselves. ( we never had time to enjoy it) I was disgusted with the customer assistants lack of patience and understanding and customer care. This Paradise Island is not a patch on the Livingston Venue. Myself, My children and both friends and their famillies will not be returning. Ruined what was meant to be a funfilled birthday treat for my 10 year old son who has Developmental Co-Ordination Disorder, which means he cannot be rushed and has be given extra time in such activities. Horrified that in this day in age the staff are not given training on this and the attitude from them was disgraceful. I will be emailing Paradise Island in Glasgow and take...
Read morePaid £29 for 2 of us to play 2 courses. After 4 holes we could tell that most of the holes were the same and quite boring. Generally just a bit of green with one rock, not a lot of thought put in to it. We played around 10 holes of the first and decided to skip on to to next course to see it was almost identical and decided to spend our time somewhere else. Asked the boy at the desk if it’s possible to get a refund for the 2nd course we never played as we thought it was 2 separate themed courses and his blunt, rude reply was “we don’t do refunds”.
£29 for 10 minutes of boredom but I expect younger kids would enjoy it, not the place for a date night.
The place is also quite tired, carpets ripped up, broken parts, tape covering things up etc. Quite dirty also but I guess that’s down to there only being one member of...
Read moreWe went at lunchtime on a Friday during the school holidays. It was £26 for 2 adults and 2 kids for one round of 18 holes. We played course 1. It was very busy and we had to wait 10 minutes. The staff made sure the"tee off" times were staggered so that play moved freely once we started. The course hasn't changed since we were last there and overall is still maintained quite well. A couple of the interactive weren't fully working( where an animatronic character appears from a hut dependent on how well you've played a shot. ) However overall we enjoyed it. One of our party won the 19th hole trick shot and one of the staff promptly appeared to give them their free game token. One of our party played the lazer maze game for £2 in the arcade which they enjoyed. The toilets were clean and well maintained also....
