Dream Land Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

so people to be honest i don't order food from outside much but sometimes it happens. literally minutes ago i ordered a chicken wrap and i came home looking forward to eating it but unfortunately while they were preparing it i was disappointed 😔😔😔 they warmed up my meat in the microwave in front of my eyes and on the skewer in front of me there was rotating meat, damn it just cut it on the spot, the salads that are inside the wrap are terrible they probably sat for hours and were soggy the only thing that was prepared at the time were the potatoes owww and forgot to telling you for full wrap inside have just one piece tomata . Sorry for bad rates but if u don't know how to do it...

I ordered late last night roughly am hour and a half before it was meant to close via their website, put in nearly a 20 pound order, they called me from a private order saying because they was busy they could not facilitate my order and to cancel it, I had no issue with this until I realized their website does not allow you to cancel orders, I paid by card so just wanted a refund by this point, I tried calling the place up until closing time and they don't even pick up the phone what so ever, even when I tried today!
