Lime Tandoori — Restaurant in England

I don’t normally leave reviews but had to after last night. My family went here for a meal last night and we will not be returning! We booked a meal and after being seated we waited over 30 minutes to have our orders taken. They took our food order and we had to ask for them to take a drink order as he was going to walk away. 30 minutes later they brought out popadoms, we still hadn’t had our drinks. He brought half of the drinks and we waited another 15 minutes for the others. It took over an hour for our starter to arrive and the waiter dropped a plate twice. The main meal finally came out and we ordered more drinks, one of which was spilt in the curry while serving with not a word said and he rushed off. To top off this awful experience, half of us had food poisoning from it and have been ill all night. The waiter was rude and it seemed to inconvenience him whenever we needed to order. Overall there for over 2 hours with the long waits, rude staff and food poisoning...

Absolute shambles. Ordered through Just Eat with at ETA of 1h 15 (which is arlready a tad excessive but thought "hey, ho"). After 1hr 35min rang for an update to which we we're told the food had just left the kitchen and would be another 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the food arrived.... Rice missing, both curries stone cold, naan stone cold and poppadoms smashed into oblivion.... When trying to call them after the cold/missing food arrived the line rang off or was cut off. Onto the food. Dhansak would have been half decent if it was warm but the Rogan Josh was basically just a rub tinned tomatoes, both caked in grease.

1: we didn't request delivery after 9:15pm - we went for as soon as possible. 2: your reply is "pathetic" and your service is "pathetic" 4: your food was cold....quality aside, that's not acceptable. Even the delivery driver apologised and said he'd been given it like that. 4: don't worry, we won't ever...

Made an order at 9.38pm on 14th June, Order did not arrive. Come 12am it was still saying our food was being prepared. Tried contacting the restaurant before it closed and no answer surprise surprise, contacted foodhub & they tried contacting you but they had no reply either. I've requested a full refund into my bank for the order I haven't received, and I want my money back otherwise I will be taking it further. I normally make orders via the Uber Eats app with you guys but your restaurant is no longer listed on there so had to use foodhub instead. We will never order from you again, robbing customers of their money, you should be ashamed of yourselves, I don't know how you sleep at night. Can't wait for your sarcastic rude reply as you have done with previous replies, you want to learn how to use the correct customer service manners & treat customers with respect not rob them blind, sickos!!
