HU6 Walking Group have regularly booked a table at Dancing Goat because of its popularity, we have turned up just for drinks and their hasn't been a table available for us, but the staff have shuffled tables and chairs around and made us feel very welcomed and no trouble at all. So, when we have agreed to eat here, we know because we are a group of around 12 people, we had better book in advance in order for the staff to arrange a space to accommodate us. The food as always is and has been faultless, so on behalf of our group, would unreservedly recommend a visit to Dancing Goat, to sample the food, drinks and hospitality. Keep up...

We had pre-booked a classic English Afternoon tea, the table was prepared waiting for us with lovely tea cups. We only waited a little while for our beautifully set up cake stand to arrive. The other lady took a photo of us and chatted a little. One thing we really liked about the ace was that you were able to chat without being drowned out by loud background music. The whole experience was lovely, both ladies were very pleasant, the cafe was nicely decorated and clean....

We got 4 little sandwiches and that was enough but a tiny square of quiche nothing else savoury and the buns and scones were tiny, even though there was a selection. Wherever I have been we get 2 servings on one tiered plate but here we got all 3! 2 signature and 1 traditional and couldnāt tell what which was which! Itās not expensive but to fill a tires plate with 3 afternoon teas and have a lot of space and costs Ā£39 I think it was...
