This is in the food court style place so you can have bits from different vendors. Elemental Eats was delicious and really quick, and having gluten free soft tacos was such a treat. Clearly handmade. Beautifully tender beef. As a gf person I've had a lot of nachos and these are great - great salsa and guacamole, cheese on every layer, no skimping. My only quibble? More corn in the corn slaw please! The service was quick...

Today I had the Birria tacos, and oh my goodness were they delicious. I grew up in Southern California, so I was raised on legitimate Mexican cuisine, and these taste just like the tacos from back home. The dipping broth that comes on the side is so savory and flavorful. Everything from the meat to the tortilla to the toppings is spot on. I highly recommend...

Fantastic food! My wife is gluten intolerant so eating out is difficult. She asked what is gluten free? Everything except the breaded fish! She raved for day's about the huge salad..I had fish tacos and they were excellent especially the Chipotle slaw. Well done guys...service super friendly, chef very leased...
