Freddy's — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered my food at 19:53 and was given a delivery time of 21:05, at 21:21 the food was still not here, I called the takeaway and the woman was very rude and told me it would be with us in 10 mins after taking no details whatsoever from me. At 21:36 still no food so another call to the takeaway where a man told me that I’d rung the wrong branch even though it was the number on the confirmation email and the number of the lady who said my food was 10 mins away... anyway I rang the other branch as advised only to be told that just eat sent the order to the wrong branch and they had only received the details from the other branch 20 mins ago and the delivery was setting off in 2 mins. 20 mins later, still no food. I started a live chat with a just eat member of staff who tried to contact the takeaway and they hung up on her twice and she then tried the owner with no luck. As I was chatting to her and well over an hour after the ETA my food pulls up. Maria who was helping on the live chat was extremely helpful and also provided us with a £5 voucher. The delivery driver was also very polite and friendly. However I have to say I am horrendously disappointed in the service I received from Freddy’s this evening and I will not be ordering from them in the future. I honestly have held back months from putting a review up. This establishment is a joke. I order every week which is around £30. We love the food which it’s not about it’s more the order. Every week without a doubt my order is never complete. They always miss wings or meal deals out or cheese off garlic bread. I really don’t know how hard it is to put an order in a bag as it’s clealy a tick list. What sort of person who works there seems to think it’s ok to not put the correct order in the bag I don’t get it. I’ve had phones put down on my waited longer than I should have and now waiting for my order to be picked up as I’ve been given the wrong one. What an absolute joke. I’m disgusted that people can not take orders and deliver them well it’s the last time I’ll be going here would rather starve. Especially when my kids expect their food and they are crying. Unreal customer service is appalling. Do not order from here if you have big orders. They clearly...

Been going here for many of years past 12 months this place with the service n manners from staff bar 1 member which is always so politely approached in any situation...tonight the service was beyond diabolical..the lad who took the order which has taken many of times in the past and was wrong previously and rectified but this time I'd had enough..he has a voice which is well recognised not meaning to be rude but ordered food all completely wrong manners outrageous yes was 20 mins faster but orders are taken for reasons and staff training on customer service is well and truly needed for many staff in this establishment bar Ali I asked for himself to resolve but unfortunately Ali wasn't working this evening..I will not be returning again and I will be putting forward to management Ali..I will be calling in to the establishment for a full refund and will not be returning I don't think its fair for the drivers to be rectify the staffs...
