Awful service and power coffee. We wanted to have a quick coffee on the tables outside. Went in to order as no service outside, was asked to pay in advance. Took a while and then received a nescafe / power coffee for 3.30 pounds/ coffee. Told the lady waiter that they should warn customers it was power and hot water. We did not drink it. Asked for my money back. She said she could not until she spoke with her manager. Never a single apology. As she started serving everyone else and she said she needed time, I came back 40 mins later and she just gave me an info email to avoid returning the payment I had made for the two coffees. Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was an explosion of flavour from start to finish. We had a selection of starters and sides. As a family of five with three young children, we really appreciated the excellent children’s menu, which had plenty of tasty options for little ones. I loved the food! My son and I went for dinner and enjoyed our meal. The chefs clearly spent a lot of time working out flavour combinations to arrive at a great memu.
