Waited just over 15 minutes for staff to serve 3 people in front of me. 4 staff, only one doing something useful with customers. I was shocked at how long it was taking. Love Greggs but this one we always seem to be waiting to get served. The service here is abysmal. This morning (7-15am) 3 waiting to be served, even the 2 customers before me, rolling their eyes saying, always the same here!. Staff members, 1 in the back, 1 in the service area doing god knows what and another stocking almost full shelves while we wait! Hello!!!! As for most Saturday lunch times, don't bother, your lunch break could well be over once you get served. I can understand when short staffed, but when there seems to be a few staff members around then why??? There are the odd staff members who are very nice and will apologise, that's great.
