Greggs — Restaurant in Great Britain

Would like to start off by saying a massive thank you to DIANNE for helping me out with a Just Eat fault. The way she handled the issue was none of what professional and I cannot thank her enough. The customer service was outstanding and more people should take a leaf from her book!

Everyone that works for greggs should be made to go to this shop and see how to cook food !! golden brown,sausage rolls ,steak bakes ect, nearly every other one you go to are under cooked,gets right on my t*ts,just leave them in the over a bit longer !!!!!.....it's not...

Went into Gregg's coatbridge today, young boy named Connor served us, absolute wee gem, couldnt do enough for us and everyone else he served, very friendly, polite and exceptionally hard working!! Watched him whilst we ate!! Credit to his family, well done son!...
