Ordered from Greggs Cathcart via just eat. As I’m not well I asked on the note for it to be hot and out of the oven as I’m not well. I just want to say A BIG THANK YOU to the staff at this branch they not only sent me fresh hot pasties but it was doubled bag and then bagged. It really soothed my sore throat thank you so much .....

This branch never opens at the correct time on weekends and the staff are surly. I have just waited ten minutes in shop today for a click and collect and was just ignored until I spoke up at the till. I was then just handed my order, no words, apology, nothing....

Ham and cheese baguettes are hard to find, staff are untrained, unhelpful and rude. They do NOT have gluten or dairy free produce, nor do they sell Pepsi Max. There should be an option for people who cannot eat gluten and who choose...
