Peshawar Dera — Restaurant in Great Britain

Service was outstanding. My family got the special massala chapal kebab, mixed grill and lamb kahari which came with huge naan and complimentary mint and chilli sauce. All of the food was delicious but the stars of the meal were the chapal kebabs, the naan and the lamb curry. Tender off the bone lamb and the sauce bursting with flavour one of the best lamb kahari I have tasted. The chapal kebabs also full of flavour and they're next level so any kebab fan needs to try these as alot of us Brits outside the Asian communities don't know these that well! Must try ! Service was fantastic and price as well. Milk and green tea on the house perfect digestive to end the meal....

It was not worth it what i paid. We went to Newcastle and stayed in the hotel. It was 10.30pm, and I checked online halal restaurants and Peshwar Dera came first. I called them and ordered one portion Chapali kebab with afghan family naan and a large portion of chips, and one extra rotti. Believe me kebabs were black soaked with oil and inside you can feel the taste of chickpea flour. We were 3 and my husband had just one quarter kebab from one kebab, rest of them we did not want to touch them, we used our chips (French fries and made roll and we had it. I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the evening special, though, was the outstanding service. Arif, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it really made a difference in our visit.
