Istanbul Shawarma, Redcar — Restaurant in Great Britain

I went there 3 times on my first visit everything was alright when I went there 2nd times with my colleague we had shawarma and Nan. The Nan was cold and the guy who's in front looks old age he gives me sauce on top of shawarma but my colleague asked for little bit extra sauce on top of the shawarma he charged him 60p extra. I again went there today and had shawarma wrap with top of garlic sauce he charged me 1 pound extra. I asked him why you charging 1 pound extra he said we didn't provide food with sauce if you want top of your shawarma you have to pay. I told him I already had before but you never charged me and also you provide sauce bottle for your regular customers but you didn't charged them. He refused and lied to me. This old age guy provide good services who are regular British people he doesn't care about new client. I will never...

We stopped here after a cold day walking our dog on the beach. Only intended to get food to take away, but we ended up sitting in. The food was amazing, we had pizza and a chicken kebab in naan bread with salad. The food was so fresh and colourful, and the chicken kebab was to die for!! What really made it though was the staff. The manager was so kind, welcoming and friendly....he must have previously worked in a restaurant as customer service was top notch. It felt like we were in a restaurant not a small cafe/snack bar, because he treat us so well. I have been to this shop and they charged me more than what was on menu, when I asked for clarification then the guy with beaded and masked face told me take a set and don’t talk, and he warranted me saying that “ dare to see me after 6pm so I can show myself to you” it was so scary and I don’t know what kind of people has been licensed to run a business in the center of the town, honestly I didnt felt safe😨. He taped on my back to leave the shop now and come later if you want to find who I am!! I hope local authorities will do something in order to protect...
