Fantastic find! Small local pub with lively friendly atmosphere. Food was amazing, 1 of us had the lasagne which was homemade and a really decent portion, it came with chunky, fluffy, crispy chips and lovely fresh dressed side salad with homemade coleslaw. The other 3 in iour party had the burger (huge and also homemade with cheese, a thick slice of chorizo, scrummy freshly beer battered onion rings and an onion jam/sticky relish), we all said it was the best burger we'd probably ever had (and we've had our fair share that's for sure) it came with the same sides as the previously mentioned lasagne. We are not local but come to Wareham regularly and will 100% be back and back and back lol, to try the other dishes on the menu, all of which we saw brought out for other tables looked amazing! Must also just mention the staff are really friendly and Ian is really funny and had us all laughing. Fab locals pub that's very welcoming to all.

We had a wonderful dining experience at The King’s Arms in Wareham! The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Gammon Steak, Steak Pie, Beef Lasagne, and Spiced Chicken—each dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and generously portioned. The steak pie was rich and comforting, the lasagne cheesy and hearty, the gammon paired perfectly with eggs which actually comes with pineapple but I swapped it to extra eggs, and chunky chips, and the spiced chicken was packed with flavour. We enjoyed it all with Madri beer and local ciders, which were a great complement to the meal. The service was top-notch, staff were friendly and attentive, and the pub had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re in or around Wareham—its better to reserve your table but we just walked in as we were roaming around wareham and durdle door, great food, drinks, and service all in one place!

Where do i start! Delighted that this always lovely pub is now back open(why did it ever close!?). Now under new management and in my opinion better than ever. Parking out front is restricted to an hour now(same old same old!) but there is a small pub car park at the rear and free parking around the perimeter of Wareham. We visited twice. Once for a weekday lunch in the lovely back garden. Best burger I've had in a very long time! All lunch items were lovely. Generous portions and good value. Then back for Sunday dinner which was simply excellent! All items beautifully prepared and cooked. And lots of it! Ales well kept. Would be nice to see maybe one local guest ale? Not much more to say except:- Absolutely recommended!!

Booked for bank holiday Monday and sat ourselves in the lovely garden at the back. Returned inside to ask for menus and was shown to the small blackboard by the bar and told to take a photo of it. When I asked if there was a children's menu I was abruptly told there wasn't. I asked if a small plate of nuggets and fries was possible for my three year old, or a small sandwich - these were both on the menu - and was told no in a very short manner again. The lady serving us then took our drinks order and sighed at us half way through ordering our drinks and said she had had a busy weekend. I appreciate this - I also work in hospitality - but didn't appreciate being made to feel unwelcome. The garden was a nice setting and the food was ok but unfortunately we won't...
