Lucky B's Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Great Britain

Where do I start........ I ordered a chicken burger, mac and cheese, two "Fire starter" Spicy chicken tenders and a milkshake.

I was never actually asked to sign anything, and i see why as the fire starter tenders really weren't spicy at all and were just mildly numbing on the lips.

the chicken burger I ordered with no heat, as I thought after the two fire starter chicken tenders I would want absolutely no more spicy things.

How wrong was I?

I was just left hoping for the tiniest bit of spice, however instead I received one of the most tasteless chicken tender burgers I have ever received. It was 100 percent frozen, which is to be expected from somewhere cheap, but not a place that cost as much as this place did.

As for the mac and cheese...... All i can say is if you taste any actual cheese in it you clearly have some of the most sensitive taste buds known to man kind.

The staff were nice and paid close attention to finding out about my brothers rye flour allergy but the food was honestly appalling,

If you go to this place just be prepared for frozen, expensive, tasteless food and extremely sweet dips.

I honestly don't see Lucky b's lasting long in somewhere in Blackpool as it is far too overly priced for what you get.

However the Milkshakes were really good and thick. 100 percent better then McDonald's ones so I kind of hope it doesn't close down, but dispite this I'd definitely never order food from this...

We found this place on Facebook and thought we would try in for lunch via home delivery, we spent about £45 The food arrived on time my other half had the naked burger which she enjoyed I had the combo chicken stripes and wings, I had no heat chicken strips which were quite tasteless when I opened the garlic mayo tub it looked like it had been used before barely a quarter of a tub virtually empty so I didn't use it. I then got to the warming up wings of which I had 3, 2 were about the size of the KFC wings and 1 was quite.large, but all 3 had obviously been sat for a LONG time, the chicken has shunk inside the coating and had gone glassy looking and was very dry, the coating was quite warm Spice wise BUT WAS VERY SALTY so not a very nice experience ! We ordered a Biscof cookie which they forgot to include, they will refund the £5 within 5-7 days All in all we will NOT be revisiting this shop, if you want chicken tenders buy from either KFC or McDonald's for a quarter of the price, if you want Wings go to KFC again for quarter of the price and get freshly cooked food Im very sorry but this is an honest review which hopefully the owners will read and do something about it, if they don't that business will not...

Honestly, what a huge let down. The chicken is fairly good and the milk shake was good, but that's about it. There are far better in Blackpool and far cheaper at that; at approx £20 per person for a meal with a single extra tender, I'd expect it to be significantly better than this. Not to mention the fact that they forgot 1 drink and 1 of the extra chicken tenders. I don't really want to hear 'why didn't you call? ', I shouldn't have to let my already averagely warm food get any colder to do so. And it was averagely warm despite living about 400yds away. Oh and the portion sizes were distinctly average. Wouldn't normally complain about them, but against the price, they're hardly stuffing the boxes full. Not inedible, but won't be back, wasted too much money once, that's my own fault. Best of luck against some of the more quality take aways in Blackpool like Broski, and Backyard Burgers, I think...
