Up for the weekend my daughter chose this restaurant for our Fathers Day Sunday Lunch, I had no idea what to expect, she did mention tapas š¤·š». The friendly young lady serving us took her time and explained how it worked. The food was delicious, one of the best Sunday dinners I've ever had, there was a choice of mains which between the five of us chose pie, chicken, toad in the hole and beef, all without exception was cooked beautifully. We had a selection of the sides between us to go with it. To follow we had three puddings and two coffees. When the bill came I was amazed that it wasn't more, I've paid a lot more for vastly inferior food. The whole experience of dining here was a delight, the staff, the food and the ambience made for a fathers day to remember. Itās not your usual tapas restaurant and itās easy to see why - itās always full when we go. The food is simply amazing, my personal fave is the steak, but the āspecialā pheasant was fantastic as was the tartiflette. Great choice of drinks - cocktails, wine etc (although canāt wait for the guest ale pump to be utilised). The portions are not small, the four of us shared about 10/11 dishes.
Probably our 3rd visit and this time we took friends who usually favour another excellent restaurant in Brid (Thai one) - and they were really really impressed.
Coming back in Feb! This is truly an excellent eatery (and not stupidly priced)
Only comment is the condensated windows, completely out of your control with the cold Jan weather, but if people could see in/ out theyād see what they...

Before long the food came and it looked and smelt amazing. My friend opted for the Indian koftas and the goats cheese tartlet. I chose the tempura king prawns and if I remember the name correctly - Tarteflette which was cooked sliced potato with lardons of bacon, onions in a creme freche sauce with melted reblochon cheese. All our dishes were hot and very tasty.
We finished our meals and we were too full to even contemplate a dessert.
The food was fantastic, the service was excellent and will...
