Harbour Tavern — Restaurant in England

Atmosphere was okay however the drinks from tap not acceptable. I bought a round for our party and the Carling from the off was disgusting, having tried taking it back got told from the only Male on staff (whom was the only one on) that no one else had complained (I've worked bars for 5 years and I wouldn't serve that in my wildest dreams) he offered to change glass rather than refund the drinks were left The Budweiser was okay until just after half to which you ended with the same result Morretie was okay throughout Not serving in turn

Toilets constantly had urine on the floor even after having been reported Same with drug use (even a pub watch 0 tolerance board in there is displaying) ingonred

Either buy a bottle beer or avoid as it's clear there lines are not cleaned as often as the should be

Ok - day 1 for inside drinking. We walked past & thought we would pop in for a pre meal drink. The pub wasn’t that busy- we were asked to take a table after the COVID checkin . Place was clean and tidy.

Staff member greeted us fine and showed us to a table.

Unfortunately that’s where it ends.

Several other people arrived and seated. Other guests with other waiters were served.

I used the facilities - waited a while.

Even tried a smile at the chap that sat us down.

After the same chap had cleared away other tables just next to us, and smiled back, we were still sat with empty tables and no drinks.

Just a memo to management- you will only make money if we get served. Just have a quiet chat with your hosts .... .

We left disappointed with a ‘cheers guys’ from the guy that didn’t serve...

Having 'Googled' 'dog friendly pubs in Bridlington', Harbour Tavern came up - it's a Marsten's pub which is the same as our local at home so we though we'd give it a go, being familiar with the chain and their Covid policy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door and advised of the policy, invited towards empty tables and asked to order at the bar - the 2 ladies working this evening have been absolutely 'on it', greeting customers on arrival and cleaning tables up ready for the next people. In addition, it's over a pound a round cheaper (!!!) than our local at home so wouldn't hesitate to...
