On arrival in Bridlington in the heat decided that the first decent looking eatery I came to would be my first stop. As soon as I saw the Bistro style tables and chairs outside of Café Society I was straight in there it was so inviting and very hygienic. Visited on 2. 9.20 during the covid crisis. This has to be the very best coffee shop in Brid. Despite the covid restrictions the owners are managing to stay open, meticulously and spotlessly cleaning to keep everyone safe. Dogs are welcome with well trained owners, the food is superb, and nicely cooked. I recommend the jam and cream scone with dicious coffee. Absolutely packed and service rather slow but there were lovely customers at the nearby tables who were very helpful and friendly.
