McDonald's Drivers Only pickup — Restaurant in Great Britain

Order was on time but it was stone cold and a double quarter pounder with cheese was missing. In its place was an apple pie and a chicken mayo with bacon, without the mayo. The uber driver said the bag had been resealed but the perforated cardboard seal was broken as were the sticky tabs. I called the restaurant and they told me to contact uber as they can't see orders placed through the app. Why? Macdonalds are responsible for cooking and packing my order not uber. It's about time Macdonalds got their act together. You want to offer food delivery so use your own drivers and take responsibility for your mistakes, don't fob people off and blame...

Absolute the worst McDonalds I have ever ordered from. Jesus this is so bad.

Every single order I have made they get something wrong or its not even added in my bag.

Here is the list: 1 - They forgot the milkshake (nothing in the bag) 2 - They forgot the 2 cheeseburgers we ordered (nothing in the bag) 3 - ordered a large meal with a large coffee - They gave me a Large empty cup with nothing in it WTH ? 4 - Today They forgot my Large Fries & everything was cold.

I am never ordering from this...

Considering this is only for delivery drivers I was refused a drink today! Shame on you! I hope you get to drive all day in the heat and have nothing to drink, you inconsiderate McDonald’s staff! It was only a 20 seconds thing to pour me a drink! I was too late asking as you were bagging my order already,right?! Shame on you! Drivers be aware! Bring your own drinks from home! Stay hydrated!
