So.. where do I start. I went through the drivethrough and ordered 2 breakfast roll meals, one with a white coffee and one with a fresh orange. The guy over the intercom ask what sauce I wanted and I replied " Brown sauce please" The que goes past the serving hatch as normal and when I get to my turn I pay my money and proceed to the second window as normal. When I reach the second window the guy hands me my coffee and orange and asks me to park at the next window which I do, thinking I'll be a couple of minutes. How wrong was I... So after about 5 minutes had passed I started counting cars that were behind me in the queue that was getting their food and driving off. Well i counted 47 cars before the window opened when a young kid peered through and handed me a brown bag and then shut the window that quick it looked like he was trying to prevent a wasp from entering. Anyway, I looked in the bag and found 1 burger of some sort which was obviously wrong ( it was at this point I started to loose it ) . I drove round back to the car park and went into the building and went straight to the front of the queue with wrong meal in hand and my receipt and proceeded to roast a member of staff about it all ( I know it was not her fault ). Anyway I told her I'd been waiting more that 20 minutes in my car only to receive the wrong order and gave her this by now , sorry looking excuse of a singal meal sausage muffin to which she took off me and scurried into the back somewhere. A minute later she returned with a big bag full of food and an apology. All sorted ( or so I thought ) I got home with my by then cold coffee and orange juice, opened the bag of food and yes.. you guessed it.. two completely wrong meals..... two meals I didn't even want not to mention the meals I paid for are more expensive so to say I was fuming was an understatement. Accepting defeat because I could not be bothered to drive all the way back as I had an appointment shortly after, I just ate was I was given but I seriously don't think I will be using that...

Read moreI order from here about once a week using uber eats. They literally get an order incorrect every single week. Whether it's sending someone else's food out to me, missing items off, or replacing food items with food or drink I can't eat. This morning I ordered a meal and the sausage and egg Mcmuffin was missing, see picture. It's becoming so frequent that uber eats have stopped refunding and I have to do it via my bank. It doesn't matter the time of day, or how busy they are, they get it wrong, EVERY TIME. On top of this, they seem completely unable to cook fries, while another franchise, about 7 miles away manages it absolutely fine. I've also had diet coke in place of classic, whereby I've paid extra because of sugar tax and I actually get sent something I'm allergic to. I have no idea how they get it so wrong, I'm assuming it's the disconnect in the uber eats service. They must realise though, as there's going to be food unaccounted for throughout the day. I wish I could...
