Me and my partner are loyal customers, we will not be returning as another customer accused us of staring at her and her kids and making fun of them all when we were just talking about work and trying to have a meal together. She wasn’t even in our view point and it was so busy she wouldn’t have heard anything we were talking about. A member of management (Karen we believe her name was, blonde hair late 30s early 40s) came over and accused us of causing trouble and made us feel like we had to leave even though we didn’t do anything wrong. We told her our side of the story she just said “well I’ll have to check CCTV” which she did and another member of management told my partner that it showed we didn’t do anything and it was the woman who came over to us and started it. We didn’t even finish our meals. Karen never apologised to us she just hid in the back. I was in tiers outside when my partner went back in. Read moreUtterly ridiculous, the staff didn't seem to know what day it was let alone how to run a restaurant. I ordered my coffee, and I was shocked when I was told it would be 5 minutes...not a crazy amount of time to wait but when you have just nipped in on the way through to get a drink I think it's absolutely shocking that there is a wait for a simple coffee. I asked why the wait and the child serving me said that the orders were not even on the screen yet! This amazed me that even though he knew what I wanted he had to wait for it to appear on a screen before getting my drink. Surely in 2018 it should be possible to get a coffee without having to wait. In other better run branches the drinks machine is behind the till so that till staff can simply turn around and get the drink to get those wanting small orders dispatched fast. The fact that there is now apparently a delivery service being rolled out I really think they need to address the training and running of service in store before venturing out to people's homes! Read moreI ordered some food on Just Eat when it come it come 1 hour late the bag of food was open damaged and cold. So I got in the car straight away as my family was hungry and took it back. When I shown the staff and the manager how the food come and one of the staff said that’s the meal the delivery guy picked up an hour late. So I asked the manager to swap the food or could I have a refund? I was told to contact just eat, McDonald’s would not do anything about the situation and I was not entitled to a refund or swap my food over. I was outraged as the staff knew is left an hour late, there was no apology.
