McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Britain

Today 9/11 I received some of the best customer service I have ever received not just in McDonald’s but as a whole.

I came in with my 18 month old daughter about 12 ish and I was slightly stressed due to the normal parking chaos at Kingswood.

As I was ordering our food via that horrid self service machine where you need to literally punch the screen to get it to react. A member of staff recognised I was struggling and came over to us. She kindly explained to me that if I order my food and chose ‘table service’ she would find us a table and reserve it for us whilst I finished our order.

After finishing the order I went about in search for our table number 522. Unexpectedly to my surprise there was the member of staff waving at us stood next to our reserved table, FANTASTIC!

As we approached our reserved table she went about finding us a high chair and brought one to us. Half way through our meal she even found the time to come and give us a courtesy check asking if everything was okay.

As we were leaving she even offered to pop our rubbish in the bin for us and tidied our tray away and wished us all the best for the rest of our weekend. I couldn’t thank her enough and left the restaurant absolutely astounded at her fantastic customer service!

McDonald’s this woman is a fantastic asset to your company and should be recognised for her committed hard work she serves for the company.

I didn’t get her name unfortunately however she was about 5ft 7 with blonde hair I would say in her mid to late forties. (sorry if I’ve offended I’m rubbish with age guessing)

Please please make sure this member of staff gets our thank you she really has brightened my day and restored my faith in humanity.

The worst McDonalds experience I've ever experienced. Words cannot describe how terrible the McDonalds inside the Asda store at Kingswood Retail Park really is. I visited the store with my mum a few days ago. I purchased lunch, spending around £8 on various items for us both. I said I would like to eat in, and then after paying I waited for around 5 minutes. It wasn't busy, but they seemed to be rushed off their feet. When it arrived it came in a bag, and not on the tray to eat in. I explained this and a blond haired lady in hear late 30's I would say, handed me a tray with no apology. Anyway, I went to sit down with the food and it was stone cold. Not even lukewarm. I went back with all the food and the lady said touched the food, then said where am I sat. She then said i'll come and find you, then came back one minute later with hot food? That was very quick and i'm questioning whether they reheated it or something. Because if it was that quick, why was it not hot the first time? Anyway, the most appalling part was that when I told the lady that the food was cold, she didn't even apologies. Her customer service skills where appalling. She acted as if it's a regular thing that occurs. I will never buy from there or visit the...

Don’t know what’s happened to McDonald’s on Kingswood it’s gone down hill we usually go through the drive in and quite often our order is missing items , anyhow the drive through wasn’t open last night due to not being able to use cards so we went to get cash and then ordered our food but we were able to use our card inside but no receipt came out , so was standing for over 25 mins waiting for our food there were other people that also wasn’t getting there food eventually we saw someone who works there and we had to reorder our food again in the meantime there were groups of teenagers sat at tables just shouting and swearing really awful atmosphere definitely will not go in there again and to top it off our food was freezing cold worse food ever such a disgrace and a shame after years taking my children there which was once a friendly and efficient place to eat is now to the point the staff just don’t care too busy sorting out just for eat orders very...
