On multiple occasions, I've faced unacceptable delays due to a single staff member slowly picking sweets for other customers, even when I only needed a quick item like biscuits. My recent visit was particularly disappointing. Despite expressing my urgency (through facial expression, as I was in a rush), I was met with an aggressive tone when I simply asked if they could speed things up. The staff member even made a rude comment about the customer being served, which was completely unprofessional and spoiled my entire mood. This isn't an isolated incident; it's a recurring pattern of poor service and hostile behaviour. It feels like customers are an inconvenience, and staff act as if you're taking food for free. Businesses need to treat customers politely, especially when they're forced to wait.
