Was a bit disappointed in this today . Ordered the family deal . They brought the chips 1st followed by the 3 main courses . Half way through had to ask for the rice and noodles. We got the noodles .then was expecting the rice to follow but no .so had a meal with no rice . I asked where the starters where she said oh . So these came after the main course then asked where the platter and duck was to she brought the duck but no platter . So asked again then got told it's either one or another .. asked to see the menu .Nothing to say that .. so we had an upside down meal . Really bad that I ordered food through foodhub they took my money then said the restaurant cancelled my order. When I called the restaurant they hadn’t turned the machine on for foodhub, the girl was lovely and tried to help but said she would turn the machine on and I could order through foodhub again. Foodhub will not refund my money for a few days so I would have to of paid twice today. You should be made aware before money comes out that restaurant not accepting orders through foodhub. I cannot comment on the food but it seems to me that the system Needs to change and that foodhub is at fault not...
