Visited to collect a takeout. This was a return visit as the 1st couldn't be as bad as it was. Had to wait 30 minutes as they had got the order wrong and had to recook one of the pizzas. Eventually returning home I discovered I had the wrong toppings on one. I called and was offered to have it replaced 90 mins later or 45 if I returned to the shop. Normally like a true Brit I would just suck it up but the whole experience had left a sour taste in my mouth I asked for a refund of one pizza. The shop point blankly refused and asked me to call customer services. That's when the fun started. After various phone calls and emails and being called a liar they would refund £6.99. My bill was £52 so I have no idea where that amount was conjured from. I sent a screen grab and they agreed to refund £20 but would take 5 working days. 5 days later £6.99 appeared!
