Just visited tonight, and as well as the food being top tier, the customer service was amazing. I can't remember the guys name who was taking the orders but he had such an awesome attitude, and was going the extra mile getting to know his customers. He actually mentioned to me he'd been working 14 hours none stop, and despite being given grief by rude and abnoxious drunk teens (who expected there food to be ready in 10 seconds) he remained professional and tried his best to keep everyone happy. My order got cancelled by take away and got a message my money will be refunded it's been a full month and no refund made several phone calls and was told the owner would ring me back been told on 3 separate occasions no one has rang me back went to the shop the owner got a call from his staff and was told someone is waiting in the shop for a refund waited nearly one hour the owner never showed up he must need the money if he is stealing...

Pepe's Piri Piri is a good addition to Middlesbrough's existing decent food scene. I first got introduced to this place in one of its restaurants in Oldham. I liked the spicy nature of food you can order. You can choose between 5 levels of spiciness. You can also buy their sauces and piri piri salt on their own.
