Antalya Shawarma — Restaurant in Great Britain

Stopped by for a quick bite and was pleased with the quality and flavors. Tried both a dine-in chicken shawarma plate as well as picked up a chicken roast to take home. Both were cooked well and full of authentic Mediterranean spices - a nice change of pace from other takeaway spots.

There is limited seating inside, so this is best as a takeaway option. That said, on busy days, you may need to wait for your order. The staff are friendly despite being run off their feet at times. They work efficiently to fulfill orders.

One minor annoyance was that they only accepted cash - I'm not sure if this is permanent or was just that particular visit. Parking is street side only, so keep your parking location in mind.

Overall, the food quality makes it worth seeking out. It's an excellent budget-friendly dinner or lunch option. I'll be back to try other menu items for sure. If you're a shawarma fan, don't pass...

I've been coming to Anatalya restaurant since it opened. The menu is limited to shawarma both in chicken and lamb, and whole spit roasted chicken. Of latter time, pizzas have been added to the menu.

All food including 2 types of bread are freshly prepared. You can take out your food or eat it inside at no extra cost and you'll get a complementary glass of Kurdish tea.

Everything about this place is impressive not more so than the superb work ethic of the men who keep this place going.

If I can offer any advice I'd ask that all those who serve food should be dressed in uniform. Sometimes, some of the lads appear to have walked off the street to lend a hand. Also, please, please clean the bottles of sauce when you clean the tables. Quite often, I have found them to be greasy!

Today i visited Antalya Shawarma Middlesborough and had a very disappointing experience. I am a regular coustomer and I ordered a pizza, but the quality was extremely poor — the toppings and cheese completely came off the base as soon as I tried to pick up a slice.

When I politely mentioned this issue to the staff, instead of responding professionally, they reacted rudely and made us feel very uncomfortable. Their attitude was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Even though we had already paid for the food, we didn’t ask for a refund because of the way the staff behaved — we simply decided to leave the pizza and exit the restaurant.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of their food and the attitude of their staff...
