really disappointed. ordered my pizza today online at 4:15 for 7:30. so gave 3 hrs notice. went in at 7:20 to collect only to be told my order would be another 30mins. i disputed this and showed them my text that stated it would be ready for 7:30. Jo was very unhelpful and said the bases werent ready so if i wanted it for 7:30 id have to choose another base. by this time i was very unhappy-totally their mistake so i asked if it was going to be delayed that i should get something like garlic bread whilst i wait for free. she then changed her tune and said it would be ready for 7:30. it only got worse. the manger jo then proceeded to have a dispute with a co-worker. we could her her shouting at him to terminate his employment through the back. then the argument came to the front counter. she pulled his hat off his head !very unprofessional and clearly mistreating staff. after i got my pizza i asked to speak to jo to complain about the night however she refused as she was 'too busy' never seen...

Ordered pizza for collection, went in early to collect and waited for ages for my pizza to be ready to then be told the base I ordered is out of stock. Could have told me this when I went in rather than making me wait all that time. Asked for a refund to be told I might get it in 3-5 working days and if not I need to chase it up and I can’t get confirmation of the refund being processed before I left the store. Inconvenience one after the other. It’s really not good service or consideration for the person waiting. Staff was also dropping pizza trays on the floor constantly, loud banging like they all can’t be bothered and had other people complaing. Not run well at all. Also should be aware that it’s ramadan and people waiting could have been fasting all day, should have some awareness to not waste their time standing around waiting for a pizza thats out of stock when you can be courteous and tell them so they can go elsewhere. I would avoid this...

The worst experience off ordering pizza I've ever had. I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of the 4 had 90% of their toppings spilled off the in the the box. When I called up to say about this at first I was told I would be goverb new pizza but then later was told that I would get nothing and was told to call customer service which lead to nowhere as it is an automated call that doesn't help. One of the employes who I talked to called Ahmed was extremely rude and started shouting down the phone at me when I was asking him what to do to get some sort of refund or different pizza. They also claimed to that the pizza were fine when it was not the case and they looked like they had merged multiple pizza together to make mine.

If your looking for a cheese pizza at least you won't have to worry about having no toppings but your stomach and bowls might be displeased...
