With a friendly atmosphere, ample seating and an array of beers, ales, spirits and wines you'll feel comfortable within minutes. There is disabled access, free WiFi for those who require it, background music and a varied menu, speaking of which, all the food is prepared and cooked in the premisses. There is a large selection of locally brewed beers and ales, a few find however there is a vast selection of each, over 50 bottled gins for instance and a whisky room upstairs. The food is delicious, I can say that from personal experience, the venue is clean and light well enough but still offers an ambience to relax in. Please ask to sample a few of their own brewed beers and ales. Could you spend an afternoon in here, yes, the more the merrier 🍻 and it's dog friendly too. Fantastic service as usual. We had booked a table due to having an itison voucher. When we arrived (early I may add) we were informed that we had a table reserved upstairs as they weren't aware we would have a pram with us. This was no problem and they found us a table downstairs promptly. We were also told that due to a function that was on upstairs the kitchen would be closed until 1.30pm however at 1.15pm our order was taken and arrived shortly after. We both had the haggis burger and they were delish! When my husband went to settle the bill we still had £13 of our voucher left to spend instead of ordering more drinks they let him take some beers home which made his day. This could have gone so differently but the whole thing was handled well by the brilliant staff...

Planning on going for lunch as we heard great things and they are dog friendly.

Disappointed right away as the menu online looked great but the menu in the pub was extremely limited. We wanted burgers for lunch as we had seen online but the menu in person had to burgers. Less than half the menu in person that was seen online. If its changed, update your website. Simple.

Just as we were about to order the guy behind the bar, who was clearly too busy on his phone, informed us that their delivery hadn't arrived that half of the already limited menu was unavailable. This was after over 5 minutes of being there.

Poor service and lack of care and attention to patrons....
