Subway — Restaurant in Great Britain

Went to this establishment on Sunday 1st September with my cousin and we both have mobility issues and as I got there a delivery driver was parked in a disabled bay I went inside and asked said driver if he had a blue badge and when he replied no I asked so why are you parked in a disabled space but before he could answer me the person on the till shouted across the shop don't come in here causing trouble I explained I was asking if he had a blue badge for her again to shout at me don't start causing trouble in here I said to my cousin we will leave not spending my money to pay her wages ...... Upon me leaving my cousin spoke to her I was stood at door I asked my cousin if she had a name badge on she shouted it's ELLIE, E L L I E i said i would be contact ing head office to which she replied go on then. Safe to say this is one subway which will never get another penny out...

When you are in the customer based service industry I feel as though it should be your duty to do the utmost by your customers. When I go in to a place and the staff become mildly irate by the fact that I want my jalapenos spread evenly throughout the sandwich it p's me off. If you don't like your job don't do it if you don't feel as though your paid enough to spread the jalapenos evenly through the sandwich then quit. I mean how difficult is it just spread jalapenos evenly through a sandwich. I am paying for your service and I therefore pay your wages. Make my sandwich the way I want it how...

Well firstly customer service didnt seem great on first impressions then ti witness a lady Make a meat sandwich (handled the meat with her hands) and without hesitation picked up all the vegan cheese to put some on a sandwich and put it back. The other lady working said she will need some new cheese if she touched it and blatantly said she didn't. To top it off is asked if they had any gluten free bread and got told with attiude "No there coming in on monday" like been vegan and gluten free wad a problem. I surely want be eating there as a vegan I find this disgusting! 12-5-21...
