Great pub been here for years to be told today don't be a nob about asking for my winnings that wasent paid out bye the piggy her name was Grace and she said to me as she was doing nothing about it when I asked in a polite manner my answer was no need to be a nob about it when all I was doing is trying to engage in conversation she needs sacked and name shamed wish my wife was here to put her in place bu that would be us lowering to her level totally discussed been coming here for ten years now this to all my followers dodge this great pub till the creature Grace behind the bar is gone she more interested in working for 02 she has no idea ya need customer care skills 02...

Hesitantly came here last week as it’s one of the towns more undesirable pubs. Anyway the owner talks the game on social media about how great and mighty the bar is and how they are the most perfect bar to visit during Covid. How it’s far from the truth. Staff outside smoking with customers with no PPE, no temperature taken, no track and trace information, no distancing, throw into a table with people we didn’t know who barely had 4 teeth between them. Couple decent beers on draught but the owner will serve you a bigger pint of his own ego if you want. After reading some negative reviews about this fantastic pub , I felt I needed to give my experience. This pub has got it bang on , temp checks and track and trace in place at all times , you cant just walk in off the street for a pee break without giving contact details , all staff on the ball with a one way system in place and people being turned away when at capacity. Just to let one reviewer know , most of us under 80 have all our own teeth and respected careers . Big applause for the whole...
