The Unicorn — Restaurant in Great Britain

We spent five days In Ludlow last week, tried a few of the pubs in the town centre, so disappointing, little more than soulless eating places. The next night we tried the Unicorn, what a find, a proper pub selling great beers, served by friendly staff. The whole place has retained it's 17th century feeling, lots of beams and charm. While they don't do meals, there are filled rolls on offer, and on the Thursday nights they put on a cheese and cracker evening, buy a pint and help yourself to a large array of cheeses, crackers, pickled onions, etc, but be quick, they disappear quickly. What a great find! I was given directions to this wonderful pub by a few locals at Ludlow Brewery. Our party of 4 were greeted warmly by the staff and given advice on the many different beers that were available on tap that day.
