The service here goes above and beyond. I've shopped here in person and online a few times and never been disappointed with the service or the quality. You get exactly what you pay for here. Very sorry to read about someone's else's experience here. I have been using The Chocolate Gourmet for many years now for Easter eggs and birthday gifts. Before I moved away, they were always personally delivered by hand to my home as one of the staff lived nearby.
