I only left 1 star because I couldn't make it any lower.

Asked for it to be delivered at 830 because of my kids bedtime. Here at 8, so will be eating it cold.

Rude telephone staff. Passed around from 1 person to the next. Told me they'd bring the card reader when they arrived. Spent 10 minures on the door because they didn't trying to get through to them, letting the cold in trying to pay because i was being passed from 1 person to the next on the phone.

Items missing from the order. When I queried the missing items, he said he could charge me and then add a delivery charge. Definitely won't be spending my money here again. Inappropriate to call customers darling. It's 2021.

Just to add, the food was grim. Really fatty meat. Chewy food and some of it was burnt. Absolutely awful...

Good experience before but this time served raw chicken mixed with cooked one as rushing to close i guess, or because guy in front was complaining about long wait, and said its raw. I defended cook then at home after couple bites with chewy i thought vaines, i digged to see its undercooked standing in room temp chicken. Im a chef and I’d expect them to feel bad and apologies for it but not there, i was called “drunk and high” and told to come in and i will be shown the chicken basically threatened me for complaining. Dont eat there place shall soon be shut down by EHO for missing food hygine trainings, basic hygiene, surely missing records of temps hot holding etc. and possible violence, im about to find out unless gentlemen decide to eat his kebab im about to...

I placed an order through Deliveroo. Waited over 1.5 hours and nothing arrived.

2 points to note.

1. don’t order from this place as they are liars. You will not get your food and when you call they will tell you lies. You only have to read the previous reviews. I wish I read them before ordering.

2. don’t order thorough Deliveroo as you will not get a refund nor will Deliveroo cancel your order for 2 hours. Yes that’s correct 2 hours. So if you order and don’t get your food you will have to allow 2 hours for a refund.
